I was thinking about starting in Mount Hyjal as well! Being, y’know, a druid and all, I figured that perhaps I should assist my Brethren in their journeys!

But Vashj’ir looks so damn cool! I also think that this is where Brade wants to start – but since he got to pick our starting zone this past expansion, I get to pick this one. And I’m still leaning towards Hyjal

Brade and I have a week and a half off from work. We were druid 2-3 on our server with WotLK – one person on the alliance beat us! But in the end, we were just too old (and got too tired) to push it. I suspect that will be the case again…because, uh, we’re not any younger!

No, you do have to discover the instance to queue up for it via LFD (which is a good change!) – but I don’t think it will be too much of a deterrent to leveling in Hyjal. Just a small inconvenience to pop over to Vashj and unlock it

And the story line for Hyjal is awesome!

With the “must be discovered to do it through LFD” rule that I *thought* was to be part of Cataclysm, I would think that would be a deterrent to leveling in Hyjal, since there isn’t a new instance there (though I suppose the inconvenience of flying to the instance ONCE isn’t so bad).

Or am I slightly confused?
