Hey Khatian -

The way that we manage it is to have the tank face away from the windstream (he faces the pillar to the side), and the healers stand across from him on the other pillar at Nezir's back. The raid jumps over at 80 energy, including the Nezir tank's healers, and the Nezir tanks jumps at 85 energy, after the rest of the raid has already moved. The healers that came over early from Rohash's platform heal the Nezir tank until he moves to Anshal's platform (remember, Rohash's platform - save a rogue and one healer - comes over as soon as the storm shield is down).

You can see this when I transition from Nezir back to Anshal that I am on the platform a fair bit of time before my tank joins us.

I hope that helps!

How do you prevent getting the frost breath from nezir in your face as your tank and healer switch occurs?
We found that having a sub rogue take Rohash ultimate alone worked better for us. He'll just remove the stacks and shadowstep down to take no damage. Can heal himself for plenty with recuperate. During the 140 or so wipes that we had, I don't think he ever died due to the Slicing Gale stacks. To us it would've probably been too risky to put another player on that platform during ultimate, not to mention you really want that healer to help out on Nezirs ultimate! It's fun to see that tactics can look slightly different though, and that there isn't a "best" way to do it.
