I’m having issues with my hand (my healing hand!) as well, and the specialist thinks it’s CTS. I have my nerve conduction study booked in, so your description of the process intrigued me. I found myself talking to the medicos, describing my keyboarding habits while skirting around the ‘gaming’ cause… “Why is it your left hand when you’re right handed?” etc

My guild leader has started asking me ‘is this a druid issue?’ and on my own blog post about grappling with it there were a few comments saying “I thought of Beru when I heard” so I headed over here. It kind of scares me that it might NOT be CTS, even though I’m fearful of the CTS surgery. At least if it’s CTS I’ll know… if it’s further investigation required? I don’t know how I’ll react. We’ll see. Your blog post has helped prepare me for the good news/bad news scenario. So thank you SO MUCH for sharing.

Did she explain how do that correctly, or is it just ice to numb the pain? I did see your tweet, and I don’t think any of us have ever considered you a wuss! ::chuckle:: I mean, look at what you’ve accomplished in spite of your hyper-sensitive nerves, woman! I’d say that is a great success! :) And the PT, too, if she gave you any idea of what exercises to pursue, it sure wouldn’t hurt to start on that!

Last night was a great improvement for my raid situation lately, our kills were smooth and very clean in spite of teaching two new people the fights. I also had to declare the world was coming to an end as I got my first FL drop in our 8th week of raiding the joint… the offhander off Shannox. My poor husband the pally tank, though, is still dropless.
