Oooh I saw Moneyball. I liked it too! My whole family enjoyed it for sure.
I definitely have too many books to read too, oh my goodness. And tv shows? I just make WoW a little smaller then watch the tv show in a smaller window along the side of my screen. Hehe, multitasking for the WIN!

Just started A Feast for Crows – no idea yet if I would consider it slow or not! Book 3 sure ended with a surprise. Actually it surprises me most of the time.

I’m watching Legend of the Seeker at the moment – totally addicted. Never got around to watching it before for some reason.

In game my guild has just started working on H Alys and H Staghelm both, after getting H Rhyolith without too much trouble. We are a bit slow, even for an oceanic realm – being 25 man we’ve also been stuck due to recruitment woes from time to time, but in a pretty good position now.

Sunday saw us wipe at a lousy 3% on Rags on our best attempt, but we just about have him so that is positive! Otherwise, it’s been cleaning as I get ready for the in-laws to visit, enough that I’m sore from crawling around. This is around assembling my almost-10year-old’s new pink=and=white computer desk and pink office chair. Yes, she likes pink! Thursday is her birthday, Friday the in-laws arrive, and Saturday is her birthday party. She decided on a bowling birthday party! So managing 10-15 10-year-olds at a bowling alley… yay, me???? ::sigh:: The things we do for our kids…

My warlock got T12 gloves and my rogue got pvp bracers today from Baradin, so they both had a good day. Tonight we’ll go in and clear Firelands again so we can work on Rags some more. Maybe this time Alys will be nice enough to drop my other trinket.

Now, back to the other end of the basement that is my cleaning goal for the day…

I’ve had a very busy week. In my downtime I’ve been reading A Clash of Kings and playing Dragon Quest and Fallout New Vegas. My hubby and I also picked up season 2 of Modern Familiy on DVD on Sunday and we’re already halfway through it. I adore that show. I can’t remember the last show that has made me laugh so much (actually, I do remember, it was Arrested Development).

In WoW, Apotheosis just got heroic Alysrazor down. I’m happy we got the kill, but pretty disappointed in the fight itself and that we didn’t kill it a little faster. I also died to the super slow tornados 3 times during out attempts like a complete jerk which was disappointing as well.

Book 4 – A Feast Fer Crows – is a major change of pace from Books 1-3, and a lotta folks was disappoint. Me personallies though, I liked it, so don’t prejudgifies. Is a quite good series, even if there ain’t any orcs in it.

Me, havin’ been inspired by a recent Spinks post, I’s gone back and be re-readin’ Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy what I read mebbe 25 years or so ago. And I’s very pleased – is as good as I remembers. Even if there ain’t any orcs in it.
