Merlin is a fun show, great stress relief from the laughs but also firmly in my preferred genre

I’ve just gotten the latest series of Medium, so working my way through that.

In raiding, I’ve recently moved guilds and my new guild is working on H Warmaster. Good fun! Had one night of him so far and apart from learning curve stress I think it’s quite an enjoyable fight.

Great news about your hands. I am so glad you are finally seeing some progress there.

I love pot pie.

My latest Netflix addiction has been the BBC TV series Merlin. I don’t know if you like that sort of genre, but if you do you should check it out. I will say the first episode didn’t immediately hook me, but by the end of the second episode I knew I would watch them all.

Beru, if you start work on a H Blackhorn video, would you mind including some of the elements of the encounter from a raidleader perspective that you’ve tackled?

We’re currently working on Blackhorn, and we keep shifting between what we’re handling well and what we’re having issues with.

On one attempt we may do exceedingly well at soaking barrages, but people are so focused on those that we lose them to charge.
In other attempts we’re avoiding charges, but one person’s minor delay might cause their barrage soak partner(s) to die alone.

When we finally make it to phase 2, we seem to lose one of our tanks fairly quickly on the swap. Do you have any particular strategies you’re employing to keep everything synced?

I think we’re making good progress, and we expect to down it this week and start on Spine, but you’ve always been a valuable well of knowledge and I’d appreciate any feedback you could offer.

If you haven’t seen Warehouse 13, it’s a pretty neat show. I know Bogarl and Nistrin watch it, and I’ve recommended it to Bill too. It’s Sci-Fi, and kind of has a Buffy/Dr Who sort of feel to it. I also like Grimm, Once Upon a Time, Dr.Who, True Blood, Mad Men, Boardwalk Empire, The Walking Dead etc etc etc

Glad to read everything’s sorting itself. Thinking about coming back for MoP, at least for a little while.

If you haven’t seen Tintin yet, stop what you’re doing and go see it right now. Also, loved Hugo, but Tintin is awesome.

Glad to see things have been heading in a good direction for you! I know for me personally, MoP will most likely be my last expansion with WoW. With most things, it’s easier to plan around something when you know that there’s a beginning, middle, and end. And with WoW, I feel that reaching level 90, having seen the bulk of what WoW has to offer, I feel it’s best to move on when MoP comes to an end. Of course, things are always subject to changing!

As for what to watch on Netflix – I recommend Friday Night Lights. I found myself enjoying it more than I thought I would.
