I think the biggest problem with Tol’vir digs is that you have to go through all of the fossil and NE digs to get there. It got a little better once they added more digsites – but there was nothing more discouraging than having my digs show me full NE sites when I’d completed all of the NE artifacts in the first month of the game.

As for “forcing” youself to do more. Honestly, I think you are probably a happier, more fullfilled player because you don’t force yourself to partake in completely miserable tasks! I’ve told Brade several times that I think some of my discontent with WoW right now can be partially attributed to spending so much time partaking in an utterly joyless task.
